Custom Rules Engine

Match files by name, extension, type, size or age. Combine conditions and actions, or import custom rules as JSON.

  • Combine All, Any and None matching with nested conditions

Smart Collision Handling

  • SmartRename compares equal-sized collisions by SHA-256, skips identical contents and keeps the source
  • Rename keeps both files with a numbered name
  • Overwrite preserves the existing destination in limited local undo storage
  • Ask lets you choose Keep both or Skip

Undo & Dry Run

Preview predicted actions and undo supported operations from Activity History. Permanent deletion and external script or application effects cannot be undone.

Advanced Action Controls

Scripts, opening files, permanent deletion, extension changes and folder-wide sorting require manual mode, editor permission and confirmation. Imported rules cannot grant that permission.
